In the continuous shower, warm water at approx. 38°C hits the skin from several nozzles with the finest jet form, creating a pleasant sensation. Rhythmically moving water jets massage the body and get the lymphatic fluid flowing. The warm water also stimulates the body's circulation, opening the pores of the skin and cleansing them thoroughly. This results in more intensive and freer skin respiration and harmonisation of the organism. The nerve endings in the skin react to the thermal and mechanical stimulation of the water and activate the organs associated with them.
