Just one drop of blood, taken from the fingertip, is enough for a precise examination to be carried out under the dark-field microscope to make a diagnosis. The blood cells are visualised at 400x magnification under the ultra-modern microscope. The structure, shape and spacing of the easily recognisable red and white blood cells, for example, are important for the diagnosis. Distinctive changes become visible. The results of dark-field diagnostics are quickly available without long evaluation times and without complicated examinations.
